Smartbaits Limited Warranty Policy
Smartbaits Inc. ("Smartbaits") warrants that its products will be free from manufacturing defects as outlined in this policy (this "limited warranty"). We offer a six-month warranty from the date of purchase to be free of manufacturing defects.
If you feel that any product purchased on www.sales@smartbaits.com is defective, you may initiate a Warranty Claim by contacting us by phone at 844-872-7417 or email at sales@smartbaits.com. We will obtain the information necessary to review and process your claim, and if approved, we will be happy to replace your product. Non-defective products must be returned promptly in accordance with the Returns Policy.
IMPORTANT: Do not send us your product until you have been instructed.
Smartbaits reserves the right to inspect any product for a manufacturing defect. If we determine, at our discretion, that the product contains a manufacturing defect, we will replace it with the same or a similar product. The warranty period is six months from the date of purchase.
What products are NOT covered by our warranty?
- Products not in the original packaging.
- Products not purchased from www.smartbaits.com
- Products exposed to harmful chemicals or any substance that would alter the product's performance.
This limited warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty of Smartbaits and its affiliates regarding the products. It replaces all other express and implied warranties of any kind, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, which are hereby excluded.
In no event shall Smartbaits be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out and/or concerning the use of any product, and any recovery is limited to the purchase price. No other person or entity may change this limited warranty.
